Parish Council Meetings
These are held in Stoborough Village Hall at 7pm on the third Thursday of each month (except for the peak holiday month of August). There is also an Annual General Meeting, at which annual reports are given and the Council Chair is elected, in May each year. Residents are welcome to attend these open meetings, which conduct much parish business, and may speak when invited by the Chair. Some consultations are in the open air, as shown for one on supermarkets in 2009. The meetings are help by arrangement with the Village Hall Committee, which is separate from the Council. They are open meetings, and parish residents are welcome to come and express their views when asked by the chair. Look on the Documents Page for minutes of previous meetings.
